In PinkNotes® Plus v3.0 you can Work Offline. Which means you do not have to be connected to the PNP Master to view messages and create new messages. For example, if you have a laptop computer that you take home with you ever day. You can create PinkNotes® on your laptop at home then when you get into work, as soon as you plug your laptop into the network, it will automatically send any PinkNotes® that you created while you were not connected to the PNP Master.

When you are working offline the PinkNotes® Plus icon in the system tray changes to a yellow icon.
